Feng Shui applied to the design process creates a powerful energetic alignment that supports and enhances the entire project. Primary considerations include the location of the main doors, bedroom doors, beds and the kitchen stove. This feng shui gives the building an energetic integrity that supports and enhances the process of working with the architect as well as actual construction. Rates start at $1 per square foot.
Exterior feng shui is said to be ten times as strong as anything you can do inside. This is because the interior is completely reliant upon the energy of the exterior and how well the building is supported by the environment. When the building is in alignment with its environment, good feng shui comes very easily. Landscaping focuses on roads, pathways, exterior water placement and boulders, statues and berms. Special formulae for landscaping include Dragon Gate formation and the sophisticated Water Dragon formula. Prices vary according to project.
Consultations consist of assessment and recommendations and help you decide what you need to change based on what results you can expect to achieve. Since recommendations are described in terms of principles supported by examples, the solution can be adapted to suit your style of decor and price range, with low-to-no-cost solutions included wherever possible. Residential consultations are $0.25 per square foot with a $300 minimum. Small business consultations start at $.50 per square foot with a $400 minimum.
Once you've done your initial feng shui, you've raised the vibrational pattern of your home or business to a higher level and set a new benchmark for the energy flow. Annual updates are a way to finetune your feng shui to an even higher level by working with the prevailing currents of the year. There are generally special areas of opportunity that you will want to enhance...and occasionally some challenging spots that can use some smoothing over. Clients return year after year so they can keep making things better and better. Annual updates are $300.
Often, people who do feng shui find that they grow out of the old space and want to find a new one that more closely matches their new circumstances and improved alignment. And, based on previous experiences, want to choose a place that get them as lined up as possible with their best energy. Pre-buy assessments help you make a wise choice and identify the improvements or adjustments that are most beneficial to make. While these evaluations are best done on-site, you can also get a long-distance mini reading when you take your own compass reading and fax the floorplan. On-site assessments are $225 per hour; assessments from a faxed plan are $45 flat fee (includes a 15 minute phone followup).

This is very high level and sophisticated branch of feng shui that must stand up to world class standards of practice that have already been established by professional masters from Asia. Fees are $2500 per day.
